30-day notice: This application must reach the office at least 30 days before the start date so the Committee has time to consider it. No works may commence until written approval is provided.

Supporting documentation

Upload supporting documents for each item below. The Committee may be unable to consider your application if required documentation is not provided.

  • Detailed scope of works for the intended renovation

    PDF, images, or Word documents — max 10 MB per file.

  • List of trades to be used, including licence details where relevant

  • Certificate of Currency (Public Liability insurance) for each tradesperson engaged

  • Plans in respect of the proposed renovations

  • Relevant local authority approvals for the proposed renovations

    PDF, images, or Word documents — max 10 MB per file.

All tradespeople must sign in at the office each time they enter the complex and sign out when they leave.

Covenant and signature

I acknowledge that in carrying out renovations to my lot I will abide by the relevant by-laws for the scheme. I understand that the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 binds me to comply with the by-laws as if I had signed them personally.
